Try with user/lock code with read codes option, if no success then try with standard method.
Else you can also format the set to remove code.

Hello,
Take backup first of full flash for emergency case.
Try SP lock first.
If not success try with more option like smart fast and standard fast.
If still don't get success try with complete mode format ffs method.

Here is an instruction for SX200, probably it will be good for other models too.

How to unlock Fly-SX200 master Code:

1. make eeprom backup for emergency case
2. repeat unlock operation
if still no luck follow the next instruction step by step:
3. make "format ffs" in "complete" mode
4. power-on phone
5. power-off phone (do NOT remove batery, power-of phone by "power" button)
6. make unlock again
7. repair imei
