i have a zte s1602

HARDWARE : SSTL_S16
COMPILE : Jan 25 2011 (19:39:46)
REALEASE : Apr 24 2009 (24:00:00)
SW Version : SSTL_S1602_RBTL40NV1 0 1B01

when i click on sp unlock button show this error

i unlocked it but after unlock it's shows emergency call only then i flashed it by ur method

3)Go to support site select flash file ZTE-ZTE-S1602_SSTL_S1602_RBTL40NV1.0.1B01_16Mb.bin.7zand flash phone .
5)Re-write Esn orignal which you have save earlier in text selecting model.Don't copy paste just fill esn manually zte-C3xx
6)Select Sp-unlock operation in service tab of model ZTE-1602
7)Phone restarted check with diffrent Uim Card.

but after it it's shows FTM mode plz help m

first goto>settings< and secect <comport>set comport ,

after goto<main> tab and click mode and select {samsung Sph-A460/A500/N240}

fill the esn tab and write esn.

ur problem solved 100%

For Removing FTM Mode After Flash
Connect Phone Select Port Select Model Fill ESN (NOT COPY) 11223344
And Send Wait Till Phone Restart
