After unlock phone dead,i tryed fls from support but their seems to be older versions,to review it i need this flash:ZTE-X670_16mb_ZTEMT25_09A_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00 .X670_V1_OG_Z5_DEFRIT_DFFA104__ffs_20110510-172838.B0E

if anybody can uploadit here i appriciate

I am sure that it's impossible to damage this phone with default unlock method.
What you have tried to do with phone exactly ? Need honest and detailed explanation.

hm,im one the first infinity users,i did all correct first try after unlock phone powered,second try with sim inside shows only shome leters on screen,after flashing nothing,but still can be flashed thats still something

you can see readme.txt file in support area for this phone:

Two types of X670 exist on market:
1. with 16 Mb flash chip
2. with 32 Mb flash chip

so if you want to get any advice about your phone I suggest you to post operation logs first, in other case our discussion is useless.
