NEED STEP BY STEP INSTALLATION TST DONGLE Help!! Gives me Error - GSM-Forum

Hello, I got the TST DOngle and 4 Cds, I installed the
Total Samsung Tools 1.8 and it suppose to install the Dongle USB driver, but when I try to use the Total Samsung Tools GOLDEN when I click any option it gives me this error

TST DONGLE NOT FOUND OR NO INSTALL DRIVER

Can someone give me a hand with this

(1) install TST_Dongle_Driver
(2) Run the TST_Dongle_Detect_NEW click on Test the soft show u which is u r TST dongle , dongle1,dongle2, or dongle3

forexample: show u Your TST Dongle ID :538C*** this is dongle #3

(3)Go to TST support area download the software from dongle3

installed then run

if i lost the box to my dongle how can i find out wich is the serial for my dongle and software?
