i think 3 mounth is enough 2 repair bugs? or they think that there bugs r minor? i think it is dead product!

Yes i AGREE DEAD product

WILL never BUY a "TST'/Team product EVER again

since THEY have just PROVED that customer CARE not there policy

alway CLOSING threads and HAVE no answer for USERS that BUY there product


SADLY TST will not EVEN reply to this THREAD and tell us what is happening

WHATS worst, HE reather RUN away from SUBJECT and CLOSE thread with NO REAL answer like PREVIOUS threads


Once again, i DONT advise people in gsm business to BUY such product, where you have to BEG for update

I should'nt be saying this - but I totally agree and am no longer a TST user - obviously we have some dongles here but we are not selling them - we will have to take a loss and bin them... at the end of the day I dont want to sell a product to a customer and tell them it has support - then 2 weeks later them giving me **** becuase there has been no support.

Feck it - a loss is a loss and this is my loss and everyone else's.

i would just like to say

IF u bought TST dongle to RESELL and producer promise support, I DONT see WHY you MUST take a LOSS when you "PAID" for it

i would REGARD THIS AS A - - -- - - -> "CHEATER"

well, this my view, BUT yes TST have dont US wrong, SAD part is I buy DONGLE because SOME1 tell me it was GOOD, in MEAN time it WAS WORST thing i could have ever done

well IM curious to HEAR what other user have to say

IF tst WAS so good WITH support and helping clients, i think By now WE should have HAD A ANSWER,this Question was ASKED In many thread before, WHICH TST closed

i just wish i can GET my money BACK,cause my Money DONT grow on tree`s,i hope tst UNDERSTAND this

I have been fed up of asking the team for answers in so many different posts but as everyone has experienced, I also didnt get a single answer. At one time, this product used to b everyones favourate but then these people have ruined it by their own hands. They say that like every other human beings they too need vacations, agreed, but then other teams after coming from their vacation start back their business as usual, on the other hand TST has not even tried to do it. They have been giving false hopes to their customers about the V3 for more than 5 months now, with no positive answers. Now what do they expect from the customers, should v trust in more of their false claims...??
