i update my dongle with new string you sent me ...dongle upgrade ok...now i cant open any software ....if i try to use old workshop said aplication ll close in 3 seg pls upgrade dongle ...if i try to use new alcatel exe from 15-05 soft said download newst soft relese .....this is latest !!!.....also if i try to use ThunderStorm_PRO_LG_Beta in soft said.....reading card serial number ..serial num readed ok xxxx...checking software and ts compatibility : failed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pls help i need to work

Upgrade your hardlock again, somthing seems to went wrong during upgrade.
