TAT mode is ok but after this:
Version - 0235000309040000

Reading data phone failed :-(

any advice?

Hi, use this pinout:

1 |||||||||||| 18

2, 5, 17 - GND
6 - TX
7 - RX

i have the same pinout, without 17gnd

yes, work, thanks, cos 2+5 is not real gnd, 17 is real gng. wrong pinout in support section.
