there is a problem with LG phones

it's been a long time that i can't unlock any lg with workshop, i can connect phone but can't unlock it, the soft hang, plz fix this problem.

keep btn pressed even after sending boot. and then unlock.try to use com 1. it works for me on a few occasion. And, yes, many user like u are having simlock dreading failed !

solution is , you must use com1

same thing with C1100,KG225,KG800 & KG245

Even if you got "READING PHONE INFO... FAILED" message you can unlock your phone, just click on Unlock button.

just got some KG800 new versions they wont unlock at all when using com6

reveresed to com 1 and without sim card inside and all worked ok...


why cant other ports be used without probs?

Because of this bug i switched over to vygis a long time ago, now i can unlock all LG without any problem. Thunderstorm used to be one of my favorites, but now i rarely use it anymore. better products are available.

beacuse its full of bugs and thunderstrom is support to rewrite the module !' use old version

Hello, for LG use old workshop. Im writing now my own boots for lg wich are more stabile as original, so soon all problems with lg module will be solved.
