IMEI corrupted in FISIO 822 - GSM-Forum

I have Fisio 822:
Version - 0071101603040000
LangPack - RPolish (33)
IMEI - FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF (NOT OTP)
NCK - DISABLED
NSCK - DISABLED
SPCK - DISABLED
CCK - DISABLED
PCK - DISABLED
MCC+MNC - Unknown

I made all possible: unlock&repair, repair IMEI, reset EEPROM, reflash. Nothing changed. Can I repair this phone with Thunderstorm?

I repair More 822 with it
but I Don't Think if this version is supported
