sir.costomer being phone and it block permenat and i format ffs and now phone hang on philip so pls help me to solve this or how me how to flash with thunderstorm

1. go to flash mode tab
2. click connect button
3. press power on on the phone
4. select flash file images (main+langpack)
5. click write flash button

is it really so hard?
