3110c after start up blink 3 times and go off

i have prob with 3110c when i turn it on after start up its blink3 time and shutdown.i have flashd with high ver 7.21 and full erased. but still same prob.plz help thnx in advance.

yes its show nokia hand shakes and than blinks 3 or 4 times and shuttdown.

did you try to fix it by using File Sys Format ? if not do it now, hope it will be oK.
