insert sim card on 6630

Hi guys.
Today I spend all day reparing 6630. It is not recognize sim card.

What I tried:
- resolder battery connector (I didnt replace with new one.)
- resolder sim tray (I didnt replace with new one.)
- remove "sim ic" aka sim filter and I make jumpers (see pic)
- remove capacitor for sim and measur it (has 100nF). I solder it back.
- I try use battery from 6600.
- I measure voltage on sim. When I turn on the phone there is some voltage for about 40 ms, then go to 0V.
- I measure sim i/o pins with oscilloscope. There was something (when voltage on sim is "on".)
- I try insert second sim.

Other stuff on phone works (mmc not tested)

I receive this nokia from friend. Nokia fall from 1-2 meters.

What else can I try? I heard to connect voltage for sim card from battery, but I am not pretty shure that will work. Sim card =1,8/3V battery= 3,7V.
