6630 Unlock - GSM-Forum

Now i had it!

I hawe store and service for the phones, and i sell one lady a Nokia 6630 from the Mobitel (SI) she sign a contract.

Today she bring tel. back and show me SImobil (VODAFONE) card workin on the phone. I check the IMEI on the paper and it is the same phone i sell it.

She told me that she send IMEI to one guy and he send her back a code and she typed in and phone was unlock.

THIS IS NOT A LIE. Now i dont know how is this possible but i cant ritch that guy now. I send him and Email.

well see what he is going to tell you about unlocking the 6630,how he can unlock it.

@floky vodafone unlock codes are easily got- just do as search, lots of ppl selling-

So people are asking unlock codes from operators. Whats the big deal? Wheres the real solution - currently nowhere.

Do you have the calculated code?If yes, contact with crux,hongxing or other calculator developer,maybe they can find the algo from imei operator and code.But I hope,it will not be spreaded widely,only for commercial and internal use.

do u know, how much work that will take? to reverse the algo from just code and imei?
i would be so tempted to say "impossible", but nothing is impossible. this is very close tho

u would also need maybe 5 or move calculated codes/imei to even start the work..

@yasirmcp I dont want to advertise but maybe search skills limited wwwvodacodes.co.uk--- however I see they site gone down 20.04.05 so I guess your out of luck

& if you have two maybe its worth you paying the $70 youve been quoted previously!
