Member: 122377 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Delete Persistent icons/folders in 6630 I've got an unlocked 6630 and i would like to delete certain folders and icons that i see in the menu. For example, i would like to delete the icon which connects you to the internet in "galery" or the templates folder in "messages". The phone doesn't give the option to do that and the "c" key doesn't do anything or it sais "cannot delete folder..." any idea on how to do that? thank you in advance! |

Member: 163502 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | you can try to use a file manager to gain access to the directory tree, and then delete the files and directories you want. Backup your phone first, just in case deleting something causes your phone to become unstable. Here's a pretty cheap and small file manager: http://nokia-6630-software.epocware.com/Handy_File.html br, |

Member: 122377 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | i'm using FileExplorer, but it doesn't seem to show any files... i was thinking that maybe there was a key sequence (just like there is one for formatting, restarting and safe-mode) that could delete the icons/folders... ta |
