N96: Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer?! - GSM-Forum

Hey,
I have the following problem:

My Nokia N96 is about 3 years old now (-> no warranty!!) and now I got "suddenly" this Message, after the blue Nokia Logo come:
"Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer." WTF?!
I did not made any Software Updates or somethng else..

I tried to reset it with the 4 keys (Green Key + 3 + * + "Turn it on") but then my Phone restart permanent (Black Screen, White Screen, Black Screen, White Screen,....). And if I try to do a Reset via "Nokia Nemesis Suit" it won't work, because I can't connect the phone to the Computer, because the message comes directly at the start screen.

No chance. And I don't have any special tool for mobile phones..

So what can I do to fix that? Why won't work the Reset with this 3 keys?!
Do you have any ideas, how to do that (for free)?

you need any box atf mxkey...and poste scan phone loge no one can help you without posting any loge

I think you need to bring your phone to any mobile service center to fix your problem sir...
