After "Factory Reset" don't work # shortcut to Silent Profile?

Hi

this just happend to me, after research I found solution how to reactivate '#' shortcut to activate Silent Profile:

1. Read PP with JAF
2. Open readed file and change 147 to 1
3. Write PP to phone with JAF
