How to Convert Nokia 100.1 from 850MHZ to 900MHZ.

I am getting error "phone startup failed, contact retailer". I have backup of RPL and PM file. Model:: Nokia 603 Whilte RM-779.
Steps I did with BB5 are
1. Erase flash [phone are booting but no IMEI , sim card registration failed]
2. Write RPL from backup results into error "phone startup failed, contact retailer".
3. Read info in usb dead mode, simlock ok, phone lock ok, WMDRM ok, clma damaged or not found and IMEI read was ok and correct.
I am not able to repair SDD/CLMA as infinity box can't detect phone in usb mode. Can anybody help me. I have backup of RPL,CRT.RPL and PM file

Hey guys, Somehow I manage to start the phone with correct IMEI and accepting the all simcards, but now I have problem mobile doesn't show battery charging. I am yet to write WMDRM keys and PM308 field, is that can fix the battery charging problem, is this problem is related to tuning the energy ? is PM308 have any relation with it ?

my imei is 354850048546956 (Nokia 5233)
i flashed my phone using Atf box

but after flashing my IMEI change to 12345610654321?
i have no backup and RPL and pm file for my mobile

now my mobile condition is vibrate only
i want to change my IMEI but it ask rpl and pm i don't have that files....

how can i get an rpl and pm file for my imei....
