can downgrade version for 2700c .the phone flached version 9.98 but i need flach arabic from phone .i have version 9.95 and 9.97 arabic flach file

no its sl3 phone, u can't downgrade it. its risky if u want to downgrade do full backup of rpls and pm file for safety
