Flasher its BB5 Nokia mobile phone.
Here is the tutorial to update (without personalization operator) with NSU (Nokia Software Updater) official nokia.

NSS allows other re-write the version of the software in your home phone.

NSU to update the phone, it reads the code soft phone and will look at Nokia firmware which corresponds to your phone

You need
NSS (Nemesis Service Suite English)
- File corrected download required for NSS here

- NSU (Nokia Service Updater French) on the site Nokia.com

Flashing procedure:

Above all things, to avoid error messages I advice you to type the following code to reset the phone:
* # 7780 # 7370 or # * #

- Install NSS
- Choose USB Virtual Driver
- Connect the phone to install USB drivers and let your PC connect to the Internet to search for drivers
- Install NSU

- Start NSS and click on the magnifying glass on the top right
- Click on the "Phone Info"
- Click on "Scan" you will see the result on the left side with your IMEI
- On the right you have to write the code on your phone line on the "Product Code"

Once typed the code, check the "Enable" and click on "Write", not worry if it goes this quickly
- Leave NSS
- Launch NSU
- Connect your phone to the outlet so as not to miss battery during the procedure
- Follow the 3 steps of flash (15 to 20 minutes duration)
- That it's over

You now have a phone updated without any customization of the operator. A Nokia brand new as if emerging from Nokia.
