Do you know witch version was installed before your first flash of the phone? If yes try with the same version. But if you flash it with highest then it should do the job. What was the condition of the phone before flash?

try to reflash it with highest version. This is just soft problem so last version should help. Try to flash again and post result. Any flash log? What program you flash it with?
