Hi!
I am new here. I have got a Nokia 5200, locked to Telenor(pannon) carrier in Hungary.

How can i UNLOCK it???

*#06# says:

Nokia 5200
V 05.51
05-09-07
RM-174
(c) Nokia.

Is there any hardware needed to unlock?

Friend if you do not have any tool to unlock what you normally do to unlock all the teams can not do that ... Exitos!

Take some dongle and then try to unlock that:-
HWK-UFS, MX-KEY, ATF ( TARBO FLASHING).
