6500s phone restricted&contact service need advice - GSM-Forum

i've got 6500s phone restricted & contact service from my customer, and willing to pay ands the phone is already unlocked, it shows here for the info for lock status config.key 00000000000000,provider key 00000000000 unknown provider,and the ser.no. is still alive LOCK STATUS:

CONFIG KEY: 0000000000000000
PROVIDER KEY: 0000000000000000
Provider: Unknown provider anybody can help me pls.

did you check the Imei number???

maybe its ???????????? in IMEI..

if thats the case you need imei claculation..

sir,yes sir!,imei is still alive & complete, Saved to C:\Program Files\ODEON\JAF\ProgData\35765901450099_CRT_backup _14764.rpl
