*#7370# doesnt work on my 6630, it just restores factory settings and doesnt forat the handset, but the *+3+call key+power key works perfect on mine

and *+3+call it's for format hw and 100% ok....

hah ....no one explain to you......ok i will.....insert battery at phone.....pres *,green/call/ key and digit 3....hold them together down and press power on botton....hold them till phone says formating.....then release....it's work with all simbian phones /for 9xxx and 7710 there is other combination/.....regards

not os version 6.XX ie. (7650, 3650, n-gage, n-gage QD, 3660)

they need the *#7370# code to wipe the data
