5310 problem after flash.Please help for this problem. - GSM-Forum

I have 5310 hand set.It was came for unlock.That hand is perfect when it was came.In that hand set 59.42(Inbuild o2 software)version is came.I will try to unlock that hand set in Zulea soft 2.01version.But it was not done.I will try to downgrade that version in my jaf box.But it was also not done.I flashed that handset with 9.42 version.Their the problem is came.After that flashing complete in last step after phone flash boot failed is came in last step.Now my phone condition is when the hand set is on it will shows nokia and phone will be shut down.I have rpl backup and pm backup also.If any body knows this problem solution please help me.It was very urgent.Because customer is very complicated customer.Please help me to solve this problem.Thanks.

The easiest thing to do is buy a generic handset and give it to the customer.

With all the posts in this forum warning of SW v 5x.xx handsets, you have yourself to blame.

You cannot downgrade, get rpl, etc.

Best solution is to full erase and take to NOKIA care point.

br thats phone is sl3 not solution yet.
you can trie to flashe seam versson then right becup rpl and PM. post log with jaf TNX

How can I full erase that firmware?In which box and which files?Can you please tell me detailed step by step process?Thanks.

bro,
reflash u r handsaet with same version and restore u r backup rpl,
it will get it in same condition

There is no available 59.42 version.I already flashed 4times with 9.42 version but after phone flash boot failed.

donot erase your phone cuz if get am versson you will solve your provlem if you do erase your phone will ve normal mood your phon
ime is 1234 cearfull you can downgread 58.58 then you right becup rpl and right 120pm with MT WORNING DONOT erase tnx
