Strange N95 RM-159 Problem

Customer brought in a Nokia N95 RM-159 for repair because it was switching itself off. I flashed with JAF using latest firmware. Flash appeared to complete successfully but the problem appears to have worsened. Now the phone displays the following behaviour - At first you switch on the phone and the Nokia logo displays then phases out (you have to remove battery to power off). Then you try again to switch on the phone and it powers but with blank screen and no functions (you have to remove battery to power off). If you leave the phone off for several hours and then power on, it powers completely, you have full functionality for several minutes and then the screen phases out with no functions (you have to remove battery to power off).

This is a bizarre phone. I have flashed several times with both HWK and JAF and the results are the same.....anyone have any ideas?

Use modified 7 pins fbus cable and Jaf, backup field 308 and rpl, make full erase, flash the phone using original product code, restore rpl backup, restore 308 backup. Now last operation: write full pm with SX4 auth (full pm without 308 field)
