can i unlock security code for bb5 phone by using usb cable with JAF box

You will need the security code to connect the phone in USB mode if phone security is turned on.

you can do this easily with usb cable and nokia phoenix service sw, but only with phone which can be flashed as a "dead phone"

start flashing the phone as a dead, after the main flashing is done, phone will reboot in test mode, quickly disconnect usb cable, cancel flashing, restart phoenix, change connection back to usb, scan for product and after that make full factory set

tested on 6300, e66

u can also use jaf craacked with usb cable and perform factory default...but u have to bot phone on test mode, for this i connect phone to bb5box for battery connector and usb cable to pc usb port.

yes,
use Vbat, bsi and -ve in F-bus cable, make local mode
then connect usb cable read secuirity code easly
