nk6300 not open music player

nk6300 not opening music player,when i try to open it,it says no music file,while the memory card has lot of music files,i try with flash but no success,any idea for that problem,thanx.

Yesterday, i have the same problem and i have succes to solve that.
Witch ufs. Format 6300 (use dct4 option format ect rh-12 / 6230). back to BB5. UI setting. Succes. 1000% tested by me

give me log please..... try to backup your mmc to your pc, format your mmc, copy back your data to mmc again and dont forget to eliminate hidden files in your data.

first, i have do thats your trick but not work. I have try with new mmc but same.

no log, because only format. trust me !! tested 100%%%

First go to your phone gallery if you can see the MMc . if you see it than just reset your phone to original setting , it will works again . If you don't see it and then your MMC is dead .
