Nokia C7 RM-675 won't open after Flash.

I have Nokia c7 which is not opening after flash .....
Before it was on properly..
Preious v 24.1 somthing i installed 111.030 its show every think okay in device but its won't open. its show nokia logo then . . . . ''blinking dots'' and then off ...
after getting this all i decide to put lower ver in Mobile so i create full backup rpl using mxbox and then i erase whole phone using cyclone then i flashed .... its work accept v 22.. but imei was 123? then i write my created backup to phone using cyclone ///
Now the Problem is that IMEI become ok but simlock data still curropt while creating this rpl phone was absolutely ok then why is it soo can some help me plz ???
