Need log of 3 Netowrk Ausatralia from Dejan's bb5 unlocker - GSM-Forum

@Members,

I need log file of "3 Network Australia (Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia)). I want to try the method posted by hasnain,i am not sure whether it will work or not but still want to try.

SO requesting all members who has, post the log file here.

P.S. DON'T SPAM THE BOARD.

Did you try husnain's method?
which phone are you trying to unlock?
I think in general Australia is behind in terms of unlocking.
When i was overseas there were places everywhere that unlock.
I live in Sydney and they are pretty rare and charge $30-50 for a simple unlock
and up to 80-100 for a db2020 or bb5 (using dejan software)
pretty ridiculous.
Where you guys from.

Well I live in Brisbane. I know there are some places where they can unlock the phones from Samsung, LG etc but not BB5 from Nokia. Yes I tried Husnain's method. Got 112bytes after DEAD0400. copied 5th row into 8th. then 0000000 then 32 bytes from your PM file. used Dejan's calculator. It said its done but no files are created. I'm trying to unlock 6280 btw

I put your log file into the log folder, then used Dejan's calculator. It still wouldn't give me a file with the unlock code. Any idea mate?

does anyone else have a log file so we can compare the last 32bytes, maybe of a different phone aswel like a 6630 or 6680 that way we can see if this method is correct.

this methode is already tryed with no success, means fake methode or there is some other steps missing so don't waste ur time

not missing step m8!!! plz try to understand that the algo is AES crypted and not a simple hex editor and some readed data from pm could break this. search on net how AES crypting algo works and u will understand that without the magic bytes red from phone with appropriate logger we can't calculate anything!!!

hey louischara, Would you able to upload your PM file from NSS? I want to compare your log file and your PM file. That's of course if you still have PM file that is unlocked
