HELP!! W100i white screen!!

when i switch phone on, the phone show blank white screen:(

how to solve this? :confused:
any firmware file?? setool can flash this phone? i don't have any money to repair this phone at service centre.

i want offline flasher.. hope you all can help me!! thanks..
