To Lead,pls help!!!

Hi,
I have a program for FULL FLASHING (OTP+FLASH) ericsson T20,But i need to type START ADDRESS for start flashing...
Please tell me what is start address for Full (4mb) flash in ericsson T20???

The startaddress of the flash chip in the AVR address space is 0x800000, but your program may require another value.
