Sh 868 problem - GSM-Forum

Hi ppl,
I got one SH868 that always says "Not Allowed" when I press <**< and when I insert another sim card is says "wrong card" and does not ask for any unlock codes. I think someone messed up with it's eeprom. It is an old phone 98w45. The problem is that I can read unlock codes with ErT 1.7 but can not insert them to phone. Direct unlocking with this soft also displays error messages I tried to upload new eeprom but Ert 1.7 replies "wrong size". I only have 8k eeproms, I think I need 32k eeprom. So I need eeprom and flash from 868 downloaded with ErT 1.7 in oeder to upload them again to my phone. If someone can send me these files or give me a link to download or even make suggestions in order to solve this problem, I would appreciate it a lot

Hi,

I used Ert 17 from saras/band and all ok now. On "special functions" press "SP locks clear, Disable lock, Dump sec loc". Just pressed some of these. When I realisesd phone was unlocked already had pushed these buttons so I don´t know wich one did the job. Just press them and it will work! If still not works, flash it!
