T28s - possible unlock without cable... - GSM-Forum

i have a few questions and would be very thankful for any replies.... :

is it possible to unlock a t28s without a cable?

what is the/a NSK ( or something like that)
seems to be some info which i can only get from my SP (service provider)??

is there a possibilty to speed up the t28s? i mean the following: the menu and basically everything else is so damn slow, compared with a nokia...

how can i copy my whole phonebook from my sim card to the phonememory??

I heard about a programm which can do this (just enter IMEI and get code).There must be a solution out there, becaues SP can do this also without cable.I´ve been searching about many weeks for this,but didn´t find anything.But i´ve got a Programm which can do this for older Alcatel Handy´s (but never tried if really work).If you get some infos please tell me.
