cannot upgrade smart unlocker to v2.12

my smart unlocker will not upgrade to V2.12 when connected to the server

reads serial XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
firmware v2.11
login.............


then stops ????????????

please help

freind use 9v adater with 500ma or check your lpt.....

using 9v adapter and LPT is working 100% , problem is that server is not sending updated firmware to device,

finally got it updated, made no changes, now when i try to obtain my Smart Moto reg key , response "REQUEST REJECTED" ????????????????

Mate, the only way smart unlocker users can unlock this is by upgrading to a smart clip.
