What should I do now?

Only do this if your clip is less than 6 months old, otherwise like me you will waste your time, mine was 8 months old and i was told they will not do anything because warranty is only 6 months, even though they told me to contact my seller for an exchange

iceman: next time choose ressleer that offer 12 months of warranty

then he will be responible for change to new one even if SC refuse to do this

i was updateing my smart unlocker
an all of a sudden my computer frezz
an this it the information i get after restarting
my computer
clip serial: ########
firmware version: 2.14
login...denied

this is what i get from the log
SmartClip update software
Warning: make sure you use power adapter!

Clip serial:########
Firmware version: 2.11
login... OK
Server firmware version: 2.14
Checking clip... OK
update...
please help me
