Attention Swap v1.03 restarts my xp


I install the swap v1.02 & my problem was the "busy or not connected" message.
But now i uninstalled it & immediately when i double click the icon for installation of v1.03, my windows xp sp2 restart.
what is my problem?
Anyway, i just saw v1.04 which was released i will try it.
For love of mercy, i couldn't even use it since i bought it.
help.

The Swap version 1.03 is just an exe file, you just have to replace it, maybe that's the problem, you have protection problem there. Also you can try Swap 1.04

ur pc restarted just because u didnt replace the file in the source directory
but anyways download the new installer v1.04

I have installed new installer v1.04. But my pc also restarts. I'm also using windows xp sp2. And when i'm trying to run swap_c62 it says Please update SWAP. What is the problem?

SWAP = Themida, anti-debugger anti-crap.
I recommend SWAP to use telock, perfect and the best.

SWAP wasted my time

I uninstalled the swap & then uninstalled the driver with the uninstaller in the Program\SWAP\DRIVER.
Then I reinstall everything from the beginning with the first SWAP installer then copy the SWAP v1.03 on the SWAP folder.
It's now O.K.
But when i connect phone and press info button, It displays the message
SWAP BOX "Is Busy or Not Connected".
I then installed the v1.04, Still the same problem.
& the first time i run the SWAP_C62 it connect with the "Ready" message, But when i closed it & restart it, it shows me The Message "Update S.W.A.P.

Let me tell you guys This is one frustrating box i've ever meet. If not because i know the reseller personally & a very good trusted person (GARUTECH), I should have thought Twice.
I'm Now blaming every bit of my wasted time on SWAP.
He Better come with a good Solution.

as u can see u are first client whos having problem in setuping the box so stop blaming us
it seems ther is sum problem with box hardware
please contact gurutech and replace the box
and r u sure u have plug usb cable in USB (not in USB Power)

As You can see am not the only person.
But anyway, since i've message you, i was still trying to install it with another computer which was having the system installed on Drive C: and it is connected to the net.
So, for now the box works and i saw the Hardware ID. I will try and test it on my PC again.
It seems the box can only be connected with the first Drive of a PC.
Because my PC is Having 3 drives ( C:, D:, E and i installed the xp on D:, while The 98se on C:.
I'll try the 98se, Will post you the result.

Good at least only seems to be a harddrive problem or maybe a little bug in the management with the computer...

It is unfortunate that SWAP has no solution to this problem, only speculating and making refrence to a 3rd party.
I have tried on three systems, the same restart problem, SWAP shopuld get the bug fixed and learn how to support its customers, this boxes are for free, when ppl collect money they should know the owe service to their customers.
We are waiting for a responsible answer and update to fix problem.

OK NP, give download link, download page not openning os support site.When are you coming out with testpoint adapters? That is waht SWAP needs to be a sucess. Support has to be improved too, this business is not only about collecting peoples money, It is more of support so that more money can come your way.

Follow the following step and i think you will solve the problem:

- Uninstall both the software & the driver( Uninstall the driver by using the driver uninstaller).

- Restart your PC

- Install the driver first.

- then install the original software that came with your swap

- install the new update without removing (uninstalling the original)

- first connect your dongle, it will ask for the driver. At this point Direct it to the directory where you install the swap software/driver.

- then connect your box, still it will ask to install driver for box. same procedure as above.

finish.

I am now a proud owner of a working SWAP.
Thanks goes to WWW.GARUTECH.NET (Great guy) & LUSKAO for the help. Mr. S.W.A.P is a little frustrated with complains but i believe he will agree with my above explanation this time.

but v1.03 isintit old m8 ?
new version v1.04 is already ther at support
