Swap V1.1 Dont read my phones - GSM-Forum

Hi
DOes anybody of you have this preoblem. The new update of SWAP 1.1 dont read the phones. They go till 60%-80% of Boot mode and they stopped. I tried with several models of Siemens

Does Anybody have a idea what is that

please read the old posts before posting!
im tired telling the jumper settings
anyways
make sure box left side jumpers must be down and right side must be up

swap box connat read a50 and a60.
entering boot mode %80 and stopped.
but other e-gold models ok. no problem.
