2 S853 dead after unlock - GSM-Forum

plz a quick answer to this , i have made all backups , same thing 2 phones dead , some one can confirm a succeful unlock with TSMbox+ ?

i am very sad for this box no berst my expectative i have 2 celualr dead for this box i dont have the origuinal files for alcatel s853 for this fone , i se your big work , ND YOUR UPDATE BAT BAD BAD BAD WORK IN THE FILES FOR THE POWERED FOR THE S853 WE NEED SEND TO YOU THE ORIGUINAL FILE IN T6HE RESTORY BACKUP BAT I DONT HAVE THE ORIGUINAL BACKUP BAT YES HAVE 2 CELUALR DEAD TANKS TO YOURSS AN MY NOT EXPERINS FOR THIS BOX

i have 1 s853 death too, and the sw not indicates was flash not suported, and the proces is sow longgggggggggggggggg, 20 mins for read backup and another mins for write te unlocked flash...

its a lot of time...

I have box, until now I could not release nothing of s853 so that she kills

the telephones, you recover applying them backup, but this support really is bad very bad, a failed purchase, does not release C630 C550 C560 DOES NOT WORK, flashe does not recover anything, is very slow, We waited for greater killing-engine support

Hi all,

We are working in new updates. Nobody can kill s853. The software ask you to make BACKUP BEFORE TEST ANYTHING. You can restore phone without problem. So Dont take the risk and make backup please. We are working hard in new updates where all flashes will be supported. Please give us some time to work.

joseramon maybe u need add a automatic backup in the sw , the people dont understand what is " BACKUP BEFORE TEST ANYTHING " maybe in spanish : hagan backup antes de hacer cualquier accion !!!!

i know what mean backup, and i did all backup , so it's not my fault , and i think that Tsmbox team know that there is a problem with S853 and must repair them
