Why TSM100 so hard to unlcok? - GSM-Forum

I had one IR(IR220) in hand, the following was what I did
1.:connect it to Port 1, Run TSMbox+_TSM100_TSM30_v2.0.exe,
2. press: 'connected box', press 'unlock'
3. make phone IR windwos face to face with IR device.
4. Power on phone when software asked me to do
phone was powred on, but software just showed me " time out"

I also tried to install IR220 driver on port 1, and pc could recognize my TSM100 moden well.but I always can not make it connected with TSM Software!

anybody knows what's the problem??

Please remove all IR drivers, this IR serial cable must not use any IR drivers.
