WANTED TO CONNECT MY BOX TO UPDATE THE SOF AND IT THROWS ERROR TO ME AND IT DOES NOT ENTER SERVER TSM-TEAM PLEASE AS IT IS THE PROBLEM HERE?

i bought the box on 3000 hong kong doler very expensice box and support and no update now what to with box .are throw the box .i have still the problem of activation.my box still not activated

Please send me your S/N, your reseller is responsible of activating the box, but if he doesnt activate send me S/N and i will activate for you.

We update the server during night. Sorry if we disturb you but we must make some change that will work in new updates.
