Our solution for C707, C707, C717, C820, C825 works with mini USB cable (same as Motorola USB cable).

You need to install phone original drivers, connect USB cable to phone powered on and Read Codes, you will have the codes in REAL TIME!!!

This driver is found on original phone CD and in Alcatel website as well.
