how can i unlock th4 756 with polar? - GSM-Forum

hi all
i need help, i have an th4 756 locked to GoTone china, and polar, when i put the ot535 cable, the phone power on itself, so i got comunication error in the softwere.
how can i unlock the phone, with or without battery?..... the phone must be on, off?... what cable....did i need testpoint..?

need help step by step pleese.

or should i take out battery and power the phone with the two wires red and black from the cable, i test them the red is - , and the black is +

the cable wich comes with my dongle is damaged, from factory ...good begening

but with unibox i have fixed it, i can now connect the phone but i can't unlock
the unlock bottun doesn't apear, it's still hiden!!
what's wrong?

Can you read flash from phone??I don't know if this is possible. If you can please read it and send to polar team.

yes it's possible, but why i have to read it, do u mean that it's not supported!!!
i see that it's version is supported

ok
i can't read flash i got the error in pic.
but after trying to read flash, the unlock buttton apears, but i can't unlock, error in pic.

i want to tell u, that i have tryed to unlock the phone by vygis cracked, the prosses in done well and the software said that unlock is done, but the phone is still locked!!

strange phone, i make it's pic here with sim.

i have the cable that came with the dongle, when i put it to the phone, without pc, the phone power itselff, is it damaged!!!
and i have unibox, with the switch 5v, have i to swich it on?

Yes, Alcatel need battery and extra battery in order to could manage with the phones. Pleae try to get another cable in order to see if everything was well done. As we can see main problems with PolarBox are only cables

one of the thing that make me buy polar, is that it include all the cables
it's begin good with damaged cable in the first use.
anyway, could u explain me what is the extra battery, and where it should be connected....
another thing, in the original cable, there are two wiers, one black and the other red, i tested them, the red is -and the black is + stange....where they must be conected.
or could u explain how to unlock this phone step by step.

The wires must be connected in a 9V battery in order to access the phone but seems that your reseller got some cables damaged. That's not Polar's fault.This is the procedure.

1.Connect your phone with phone battery and 9V battery BOTH attached.
2.Connect the COM cable in any of the free slots of your computer, make sure that you have selected correct COM port in software.
3. Press connect. Software should ask you to power on. Check also that all the pins are making contact well. Press it to be sure about it.
4 When the phone is recognised by Polar Software, press unlock as usual making sure that all the pins are making good contact.

Also you can check if the cable wires are correctly connected by opening the little plastic case in order to check it or to solder it if it was not correct.

thanks, yes yes, my cable is good the probleme was in the 9v battery, now when i connect it,the phone is connected by the software
i did all what u said, but the software didn't ask me to power on the phone, so i unlocked the phone powered off, unlock done but the phone is still locked again

i think that i missed something, plz have u anything to suggest me?

mmm, but in french menu, it's wroten: fail to unlock, cause the string wasn't found.
so, it's software or still cable probleme
