Mobile_1 & andy4wisdom could someone of you explain me what cnt is? I´m new with ub . When you say "erase" is the "erase flash" button in "flash" tab? so if I click that button I´m asked to open a file, May i Choose "erase.fia"? sorry, as I said I´m new with UB

I did that, but without cnt, because I don´t know what is it, and where is that option. I did erase and then PM, but still have problems. I don´t understand why all Nokia that needs to repair get this state-error, except all that have original flashes in it, thanks..
