Today I Have Flashed N91 It Was Ok Then Whenever I Try To Flash Any Dct4 Handset It Always Givies Booting Error Then I Have Restarted Pc Connected Box To Another Usb Post After That It Always Gives This Error Now What To Do Ub Team

Open software
Go to setup > General
Press Refresh & then Apply button
Connect adaptor before any operation

it is communication error pc to box
so please first check your install Universal Box driver ?maybe not installed correctly
check your usb port, connect acp adopter for good voltage meybe low voltage etc.
please check all think then post result and also read user manual how to use box etc.

Hi my box is doin gthe same and i tried all the things mentioned...followed the manual also. I've plugged in an AC adapter also but still the same thing.

It says :

"Device open failed at USB>Universal Box (UBP30SGG)"

What is the prob with this? Is my box dead?

Please Help!

@mkconnect if you have any problem, please make new thread with good topic name , don't try to hack other member thread

about your problem,
first you need to check your box drivers ?
2nd delete all *.ini files from setup folder
3rd reinstall setup
4th try to another pc with fresh installation drivers/setup etc.

if still same, please contact your reseller

Dear JaVVad I Am Using Ub Since 1 Year And It Was Working Perfect I Didnt Faced Any Problem Yet And I Have Done Evrything U Have Mentioned Here So Now Ca U Tell Me How Can Box Will B Repaired Where I Have To Send It Till Then I Am Buying New Box But Old Must B Repaired So Tell Me Place In India Where I Could Send Box And Get Repaired THANX DEAR
