Yes update your box to version 2.7.5.2058 and after this try I think now will all work without problems if not give us log from software with error massage. bye

i am using the latest version if there is a higher version than the one i am using please inform me., i have tried 5 times but same error can product supporter like to make comment on this instead of people gussing what might be wrong.

there probably busy wondering what problem is because they seemed very confident this time so triying too work on problem so they cant geuse hopefully soon they will fix or reply with problem

i have the same problem but what i have to do i ask my client if he can pay more and i use mt-box :d .ubb team don't unswear us even we lost credit.
