Help me trying since last two hours. same issue again and again.. even when trying to read info.

Can you hit "Read info" and check will UB read this clearly? Check comunication with phone. For SE K510 you can use free unlock function in UB software (checking "Restore RED" and then hit "Unlock" button) .

Unlock using java mathod or ? an other button any ways on same data cable other phones beinging connected and this one simply not .
FYI the phone is have 5 locks. not free in setool too.

try to check factory loader.....

it is asking for logs. not free using factory loaders... so any other option?
