If they sell more new boxes, that means they get more money to be able to work on new updates.
If they dont sell more boxes then maybe they have to ask existing (old) users to pay for new updates.
We dont work for free, why should they.

its same as cruiser promotion, if you bought supreme logs you got free unlocks but only for NEW supreme log buyers not customers with unused logs;)
