but i have probleum now k800 dead after first step of unlock
phone don not turn on to complete unlock

realy great i recived Dongle and Logs and i can´t unlock 1 SE Phone,
I told customer 100% our phone is tomorrow ready and what is lost money and customer.

UB came highly recommended, so after spending hundreds of pounds on hardware + 1000 logs i have an unlocked K800 a dead V630 and information that the server is down. My first day with UB will certainly be a day Ill never forget. Besides my bad day I'm sure UB team will sort things out.

So you guys are saying that your dongle has not been shut down by semc, but as a matter of protecting the future use of the dongle you have temporarily shut down the service so as to deflect notice of the high number of users logging in using the semc server, and hoping they will not shut it down like they have with setool dongle?

It will be nice to have a reply from you guys just to show some courtesy on the high number of your customers who are worried about losing their credits and risk having to explain to their customers why they have killed their phone, why they can no longer provide the unlocking service, and why they now cannot bring it back to life!

But saying that, I do actually have faith in the UB team and trust them to come good for all their valued customers around the globe....
