Ub installation problem - GSM-Forum

after i reload a new window in to my system all box load fine on vista and
my ub box was working b4 and now it stop even installation abort contact ub please help me mates

uninstall the exe and install it again on registry err dont chose ok cancel it and all will be ok

Setup > General > Refresh > Apply.
If can not be it.
You try this one.
Setup > General > Repair box.
If can not be it.
you ask your reseller.

concact reseller for replacing/buying new ub

I'm really sorry to hear that.

Actually the biggest problem here, that there is no way to repair UB boxes at home, so you have two options.

First one is, if your box is under warranty period, then you can send it back to your reseller. He needs to change it to a new one without any costs.

Second one is, if it's out of warranty period, in this case you need buy new one. If you get your new box, then register it to your old account. Your credits, activations will be the same as before.

I hope You can understand this.
