Dear universalbox team, why you promisse 24-48 hour for log unlocking if 48 hour dont enough for it???
My customers say i lie, and want his phone back when my credit is already reduced.
Please hold your promisse, or tell the truth time of logcreating, or shut down this db2020 log unlocking business and give me back the credits.
Please answer for this:

Why dont wrote 48-72 hour for it if need this time?

Most of the cases not takes more than 36 hours.

log is working with me i get logs with in 36 hrs my phone is unlock here is the screenshot...

this is not a lie you just need patience

I have the same problem with delay

It´s been 70 hours since LOG request still nothing !!!
